Nearline Publishers Inc certifies that we will never sell, rent, or lease your details (name, address, email etc...) to any non-affiliated third party except where required by law. In order for Nearline Publishers members to use our services, they must provide all information requested at the time of registration (username, email). This information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the user when needed.

Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the service they are purchasing. It will never be given to any non-affiliated third party. For more on how this is handled see our Secure Shopping page.

Personal information, such as name and email, are used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally Nearline Publishers will use individually identifiable information, like email addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide product update and account information. Nearline Publishers also provides various opt-in/opt-out newsletters to its members. Members can unsubscribe from these newsletters at their own will.

Security

We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details are never e-mailed.

Correct/Update Records

Nearline Publishers takes every effort to ensure that the information users provide is correct and up to date. Users are provided with a welcome email after they sign up for our service. Members can change their information at any time by simply logging into their Preferences Page.
