Shipping Errors & Damage
Refunds & Exchanges – 30 days
- All printed products shipped by Nearline Publishers, Inc or our agents are eligible to be returned in new, unopened condition for a period of 30 days after initial shipment. Products should be returned to:

- Printed products and general merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging material intact. To return an item you must call 678–374–4451 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA you may return the item (postage paid) to our Return and Exchange Center. Upon receipt of the item we will credit your account for the full purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges.
- Digital/downloadable products – Some digital products are NOT refundable. Nearline makes every effort to allow you to examine and sample our digital products to ensure that you know what you are getting. We want you to be satisfied. But we also need to guard against piracy, unwarranted copying, and other malicious behavior. For this reason downloaded eBooks, AudioBooks, and Videos are not refundable. If you have doubts about our products please contact us in advance. We will do our best to answer your questions and give you plenty of sample material.
- If you purchase Nearline merchandise that is in the wrong format, size, color, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes you may request an exchange for a like item in the appropriate format, size, color, etc. To exchange an item you must call 678–374–4451 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA you may return the item (postage paid) to our Return and Exchange address. Upon receipt of the item we will ship your replacement. You will be charged or refunded, as appropriate, for any difference in price between the item you ordered and the replacement.
Warranty against defects – 90 days
Shipping errors and damage – 10 days
- Shipping damage – If your item was damaged in shipment you may request a replacement by calling 678–374–4451 within 10 days of original shipment. We will replace it at no cost to you.
- Incorrect shipments – If the item you receive is not the item you ordered you may request a replacement by calling 678–374–4451 within 10 days of original shipment. We will replace it at no cost to you. You will need to return the original item, at our expense, to our Return & Exchange Center.
